From transforming gas cylinder logistics in Rio de Janeiro to leading a 70-person operations team at Eriks BELUX.
I know what a sales process really looks like at 8 AM on a Monday. I know why your warehouse team works around the ERP instead of with it. I know that the best AI solution is worthless if the process underneath is broken.

Why Virada?
Throughout my years as an operations leader, I kept seeing the same pattern: companies that knew something needed to be smarter, but didn't know where to start. They bought tools nobody used, started projects that stalled halfway, or waited until the competition showed them how.
When AI became accessible to everyone in 2023, I watched the same mistake happen again. Faster and more expensive. Companies buying ChatGPT licenses without a plan. Vendors selling "AI transformation" to businesses still struggling with their Excel reporting. Consultants giving presentations about the future without any idea what current processes looked like.
And then there are companies that haven't started with AI at all. They know the word, but don't know what it could concretely mean for them. They have no idea how much time their team spends on work that could be faster, better, or automated.
