01 What exactly is the AI Value Scan?
A structured 3–4 week assessment where we examine your business processes for AI opportunities. We map out where the most time is being lost, which tasks can be automated, and what the expected time savings and ROI are per solution. The result: a prioritized roadmap with concrete quick wins and strategic initiatives, including working demos using your own data. More about the AI Value Scan →
02 What kind of companies is this for?
Our audits are designed for SMEs with 10–250 employees that are operationally intensive — lots of repetitive tasks, document processing, client communication, or coordination between teams. Industry matters less than the volume of operational work: events, logistics, services, manufacturing, non-profit — we’ve worked across diverse sectors.
03 How much does the AI Value Scan cost?
A standard audit costs between €3,500 and €7,500, depending on your organization’s size and the number of processes we investigate. The investment is recouped once one or two quick wins are implemented — typically within 2–3 months after the audit. More about the AI Value Scan →
04 How much time does it require from our team?
Expect about 6–8 hours from your team spread over 3 weeks: a questionnaire (30 min), 2–3 in-depth interviews (each 1–1.5 hours), and a closing presentation (1 hour). The rest — analysis, solution design, demo building — is on us.
05 Do we need technical knowledge?
No. We talk to people about their daily work, not about technology. You don’t need a data scientist on staff, and you don’t need to know anything about AI. Our questions are about processes, pain points, and time spent — not algorithms.
06 What do you mean by "working demos"?
Not PowerPoint mockups. We build 2–3 functional prototypes using your actual business data. Think of a chatbot that knows your policies, a dashboard that reports automatically, or a tool that generates documents. You can touch it, test it, and see how it works in your context.
07 What if we don’t want to implement anything after the audit?
No problem. The audit delivers a complete report and roadmap that you can use on your own — at your own pace, with your own team or a different partner. There’s never any pressure to continue with us. Many companies start with one quick win and gradually expand from there.
08 Are you vendor-neutral?
Yes, 100%. We don’t sell software and we don’t receive commissions from vendors. If an existing tool fits better than building something new, we’ll say so. Our recommendations are always based on what works best for your situation.
09 What about our data and privacy?
We work under an NDA and follow strict GDPR guidelines. Your data is only used for the audit, never shared with third parties, and deleted or returned afterward. We prefer to work with anonymized or test data for the demos.
10 What’s the difference between an audit and an implementation?
The audit is the diagnosis: we identify opportunities, quantify the impact, and build demos to show what’s possible. The implementation is the treatment: we build the production-ready solutions from the roadmap. You can do the audit without implementation, but not the other way around — we only implement what’s substantiated with data.
11 How quickly do we see results after the audit?
The first quick wins can be live within 1–4 weeks after the audit. These are typically automations or tools that require little customization. Larger projects take 4–8 weeks. Most companies see measurable time savings within 2–3 months. More about the AI Value Scan →
12 Do you also offer AI training or workshops?
Yes. We offer AI Literacy Workshops — half-day or full-day — for teams that want to build a foundational understanding of AI. Independent from an audit. The workshops cover AI fundamentals, practical use cases for your industry, live demonstrations, EU AI Act awareness, and responsible AI principles.
