Who we are
Virada is operated by Ben Heijlen, based in Aarschot, Belgium. We provide AI readiness auditing and process advisory services for small and mid-sized companies.
What data we collect
We collect only what you voluntarily provide:
- Contact form submissions (name, email, company, message)
- Checklist download requests (name, email, company, company size)
- Discovery call bookings (via Cal.eu — name, email)
How we use your data
Your data is used solely to respond to your inquiry, deliver requested resources, and schedule meetings. We do not sell, share, or rent your personal data to third parties.
Legal basis
We process your personal data on the basis of legitimate interest (art. 6(1)(f) GDPR): responding to your inquiry, delivering requested resources, or scheduling a meeting. You have the right to object to this processing at any time.
Retention period
We retain your data for a maximum of 2 years after last contact. Data that does not lead to a business relationship is deleted after 6 months.
Analytics
We use Plausible Analytics, a privacy-friendly analytics tool that does not use cookies, does not track personal data, and is fully GDPR compliant. No consent banner is required.
Third-party services
- Vercel — website hosting
- Formsubmit — form processing (no account required, no data stored)
- Cal.eu — appointment scheduling (European data storage)
- Plausible Analytics — anonymous usage statistics
Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- Right of access — you can request what data we hold about you
- Right to rectification — you can have inaccurate data corrected
- Right to erasure — you can request your data be deleted
- Right to restriction — you can request processing be restricted
- Right to data portability — you can request your data in a readable format
- Right to object — you can object to processing based on legitimate interest
